Thank you for visiting and shopping at Icepure. We are committed to delivering your water purification products in a timely and efficient manner. Please read our shipping policy for detailed information on our shipping procedures.

Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
• You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, along with tracking information.
• In the event of high order volumes or supply issues, order processing may be delayed slightly. We will contact you via email or phone if there are any significant delays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

• Shipping Charges: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the size/weight of the product.
• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times range from 3–7 business days depending on your location.
• Expedited Shipping: Express or same-day delivery options may be available for select locations at an additional cost.

Delivery Areas

We currently ship within India. If you are located outside our standard delivery zones or require international shipping, please contact us at customercare@icepure.in before placing your order.

Shipment Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at customercare@icepure.in so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Claims for damages must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for the reshipping costs.

We will contact you to confirm the correct shipping address before resending the product.
