Cancellation & Refunds Policy

At Icepure, we value customer satisfaction and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and refunds policy carefully before placing an order.

Order Cancellation

Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before the product is shipped, whichever comes first.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us at customercare@icepure.in
  • If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and initiate a full refund.

After Shipment

  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible.
  • You may, however, initiate a return after receiving the product (see Section 2 below).

Return & Refund Eligibility

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for the following reasons:

  1. Damaged product on arrival
  2. Defective product or malfunctioning out of the box
  3. Incorrect product delivered

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  • Email us at customercare@icepure.in with your order number and a description of the issue.
  • Include photos or videos of the product if it is damaged or defective.
  • Our support team will verify the issue and arrange for a pickup if applicable.

Returned items must:

  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Be unused and in resalable condition (unless defective)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7โ€“10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
  • If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or payment provider before contacting us.

Replacement Policy

If your product is defective or damaged and eligible under warranty, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. We will arrange to send a new unit once we receive and verify the returned item.
